Ambrose Blowfield

Ambrose Blowfield is New Zealand’s leading speaker and trainer in marketing: for marketing your business and for marketing yourself. He is also a sought after speaker in sales and business networking. Ambrose has both academic and experience-based knowledge fromworking at several leading international companies in six countries across three continents, including the global consumer goods giant, Proctor & Gamble. In 2005 Ambrose joined Jo and found his passion at The Marketing Company, providing sales and marketing training for New Zealand businesses and individuals. He is a preferred trainer for the regional Economic Development Agency in four different provinces and for the New Zealand Marketing Association. Mike Clark

Mike Clark’s enthusiasm and energy in assisting people realise their full potential has resulted in a very fulfilling career and life. Mike hails from Zimbabwe where he worked for the largest privately owned company in Southern Africa, the Treger Group. Mike graduated from their intensive four-year internal production management programme as one of only three people to ever achieve distinction. In New Zealand, following a broad role as operations manager with Pridex Kitchens, Mike joined Vision Manawatu (Manawatu’s Economic Development Agency) full-time as their lead Business Advisor, coordinating the Enterprise Training Programme, Business Mentors programme, the Young Enterprise Scheme and handling Business Information Zone (BIZ). Jo Blowfield

Jo Blowfield has worked in the sales and marketing arena for over 18 years in both New Zealand and Australia. Prior to starting The Marketing Company in 2004 she worked for companies Flightcentre.com, Thorn EMI and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Her passion and professionalism led her to win numerous awards for both sales and team excellence. Jo has previously run two companies of her own. To contribute to the local community she is a Business Mentor with Business Mentors NZ, has her own Business Radio Show and advises several charities with their marketing, sponsorship and promotion, all while juggling two children! Her strengths include her phenomenal people skills, her high work ethic and her contagious energy. Email Jo

 

Heather Smith

Heather Smith’s field sales experience across multiple industries in New Zealand is second to none. Heather comes from a very strong background in the coatings and manufacturing industry. Firstly for Coates Bros and later in the supply of raw materials. Heather has been involved in sales since she joined Croda Chemicals in 1983 and has successfully lead sales and marketing teams at Bayer New Zealand and later as General Manager of Rebain International. Her passion for helping people develop saw her take on various training assignments and responsibilities at each of her roles. Heather really understands the challenges of a traditional field sales rep role, especially in the manufacturing, industrial and raw material industries.  Email Heather
